Christian Menefee, current Harris County Attorney, is a bold progressive leader running for Congress in Texas’ 18th District. As the youngest and first African-American to serve as Harris County Attorney, he took on Governor Greg Abbott and Donald Trump to defend voting rights, environmental justice, and reproductive freedom. Menefee is committed to expanding healthcare access, investing in affordable housing, and ensuring Houston’s communities are resilient in the face of climate disasters. His campaign is a continuation of his fight for equity, justice, and working families.

Candidate for U.S. House | GA-13

Everton Blair is an educator, organizer, and policy leader born and raised in Georgia’s 13th District, the son of Jamaican immigrants, and a proud product of Gwinnett County Public Schools. A former high school math teacher and Obama Administration Policy Fellow, he has spent his career fighting for fully funded public schools, universal pre-K, and bold, people-centered policies like Medicare for All. In 2018, he became the first person of color and the youngest member ever elected to the Gwinnett County Board of Education, where he led the district through the pandemic, expanded budgets, strengthened accountability, and championed equity for students, families, and educators across Georgia.

Analilia Mejía is a grassroots organizer and Co-Executive Director of the Center for Popular Democracy, fighting for working families, immigrant communities, and multiracial democracy. 

She previously served as Bernie Sanders’ National Political Director in 2020 and later worked in the Biden Department of Labor’s Women’s Bureau, bringing movement values into government.

Randall Woodfin, Birmingham’s youngest mayor in over a century, has led with a bold progressive vision — declaring gun violence a public health crisis, expanding tuition-free college access through the Birmingham Promise, and investing in neighborhood revitalization to uplift communities long neglected. His leadership is rooted in justice, equity, and a relentless commitment to building a safer, more inclusive Birmingham.

Candidate for U.S. HOUSE | AZ-7

Adelita Grijalva, a lifelong Tucsonan and dedicated public servant, is running for Congress in Arizona’s 7th District to continue the progressive legacy of her late father, Rep. Raúl Grijalva. With over two decades of experience on the Tucson Unified School District board and as the first Latina elected to the Pima County Board of Supervisors, she has championed affordable housing, public education, and climate resilience. Grijalva is committed to standing up against extremist agendas and fighting for the rights and well-being of Southern Arizona’s diverse communities.

Abdul El-Sayed is a physician, public health expert, and progressive leader running for U.S. Senate in Michigan. As Detroit’s Health Director, he rebuilt the city’s health department after bankruptcy, expanding services and protecting vulnerable communities. He later led efforts to cancel medical debt and expand access to lifesaving care across Wayne County. El-Sayed is running to fight for Medicare for All, climate action, and a government that puts working people before corporate interests.

Jon Rosenthal is a mechanical engineer and four-term Texas State Representative with more than 25 years working in the energy industry. He’s running for Texas Railroad Commission to break the stranglehold of corporate influence and deliver real accountability – cracking down on wasteful flaring and methane pollution, cleaning up orphan wells, protecting landowners, and strengthening safety and reliability so families aren’t left paying the price when regulators fail.
